She Loves You Records Home

2010 is the year of "make it happen"!   A new website?  Yes!  A new Soul Pop record?  Yes!  A live record?  Yes!  Radio, TV, touring...?  Make it happen!  We are expanding and the buzz is resonating.  What's driving this?  Go to the Health Blog to read an inspiring story about my struggles and triumphs trying to beat a sudden illness that stopped my world, yet fueled my journey and brought my career new meaning.  Also, "Bad Girl" was released nationally in October.  Click on the player below to hear tracks, and if you enjoy it, please order it (below). Every penny helps towards my treatments and the next musical effort. This space has a lot of soul food for you, I hope you'll taste each plate.  Most of all I want you to be a part of what I do.  We are all part of the greater universe, the higher self.  I welcome all connections, ideas, likes, dislikes & thoughts.  Send them along on the Comments or Contact.  I do read them all.  Thank you for supporting my inventions in music.   Fresh news and updates below:

"With 5 efforts released over the past 10 years and a brand new record out now, Robin Stone has evolved from rhythmic singer/songwriter, to a groovy, soul/pop artist that still has a lot of content to deliver. She believes that music should have something to say. Feed the ears, feed the soul. Dress it up groove and feed the body. She considers herself a working, performing artist who will play anywhere, anytime.  Ironically, after losing her voice to a tumor from a sudden, life threatening illness, she fought back and won 'Best Vocalist of 2009' in Scene Magazine.  The latest good news is below."

February, 2010 Health Update

I am back in the IV room for a few weeks.  I have a couple new nasty bugs like Whooping Cough, Parvo B19 and a new flu.  I have been laying low, but trying to stay involved in all the music activity.  I had to postpose my studio appearance on Island Time, but I hope to feel better March 8th.  March will be my next 6 month marker and I will have a full blood panel.  Wish me luck.  I also hope to be well enough to return to my dental work to get the rest of the metal out of my mouth.  That's the plan, I'll have to work it in around New York...
